good taters.

Chris and I LOVE to snack! We LOVE chips so I decided to make my own today. These were super easy and so's how to make your own potato chips..
1. Buy potatoes, peel and slice
2. Drizzle olive oil over slices and sprinkle salt and pepper over them
3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes (or until crispy) at 400 degrees
4. Dab off excess oil and enjoy!
-I added Parmesan cheese to ours and then threw them back in the oven for a double cheesy crisp. Mmm! So so yummy! I had to hold back and not pull a Paula Deen by drizzling butter over them instead of olive oil. These are totally guilt free!
Dinner was homemade fettuccine alfredo with chicken sausage stuffed with feta cheese and spinach. I try extra hard to make good dinners and do fun things for my husband while he is in tax season. This was so delish.
