My handsome man is in this with me. He gained sympathy pregnancy weight so I wouldn't feel so bad. Isn't he sweet? We're going back to the basics. Cutting down on carbs, dairy and sugar and adding more protein, fruits and veggies. Cutting down on sugar will be the hardest for me since I have the biggest sweet tooth EVER! I'm determined and my goal is to be in my little teal bikini for Cabo which is in the beginning of August.
I took my "before" picture last week in that teal bikini and if I make my goal weight by the end of July I will post it here for y'all to see along with my "after". And just in case you're wondering how bad my before picture is, my mom was rolling on the floor when I showed it to her. Mainly because I had just taken it the day before but seriously, it's bad!
I'll check back in at the end of next month. Pray there is progress!
